Rally integration - Page link broken

On Pega exchange, there is a component for Rally Integration (below URL)

https://community1.pega.com/exchange/components/agile-workbench-integration-ca-agile-central-rally

This page has a link (Integrating Agile Workbench with CA Agile Central..) which is not working. It says "You are not authorized to access this page."

Without access to the actual installation doc, it doesnt make any sense to have access to the component page.

Can you kindly fix this so it is useful for all.
