Queue-For-Processing method

Hi All,

Can anyone please suggest how exactly we need to use the Queue-For-Processing method. This method replace an agent rule.

Tried with  https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v81/procomhelpmain.htm#methods/queue-for-processing/queue-for-processing-method-ref.htm   Can somone please provide screenshot or POC kind for this method  and to understand why its more preferred one

Can someone make me understand why should Queue-For-Processing method prefer than normal Agents 

simple old vs new type, because both are available
