My question is more more related to a generic ribbon, not only in excel (outlook in my case). A PoC I am currently working on requires to select a menu item, which is customer specific. As a user I can use a key combination to achieve this, but for some reason it does not work with the robot.

The scenario is as following: new email arrives (NewMail event raised in Robotics), robot displays the email in the screen (this works), then I try to send ALT+R to the ribbon and it fails. Funny thing is that when I interrogate Outlook I can send keystrokes in "Test Method"and it works fine.

Does anyone have experience with something similar?
