Question mark is displayed when PEGA decodes a html binary stream

Hi,

Question mark is displayed when PEGA decodes a html binary stream. PEGA sends a SOAP message to a external system. External system responds with a HTML binary stream. When PEGA decodes the binary stream question marks are displayed. eg tag is below. Any help in this would help

How you done the Binary to text conversion? Plz share some screen shot, but removing/hiding the confidential portion. That will help us to understand your problem and can help/suggest you as appropriate.
