PYRULESETVERSION in Pega v731

Hello,

Do we need to increase column length pr4_rule.PYRULESETVERSION in v731 version after uplift. As we getting below exception.. 

Property PYRULESETVERSION has been truncated in its database column; the maximum column length is 8 but the property

The default length is 8 characters, which should always be the exact length of the field.  PYRULESETVERSION is always in the format of nn-nn-nn, for example 07-10-31.  So, you shouldn't have to increase the size of the column, but it should also be impossible for this error to happen.
