pxCreateDateTime is Null

For the work objects which are requested from third party application, pxCreateDateTime is not set. 

In the service activity we have AddWork step. I believe this OOTB activity sets standard propeties like pxCreateDateTime, pxCreateOpName etc. 

We do have similar service where third party requests for WOrk Object creation so on this service activity we have similar steps and we see pxCreateDateTime is set. But not happening on another one.

Can idea y is this?

If you couldn't find the issue from the tracer, you can set pxCreateDatetime in pyDefault Data transform to current date time.

Can you check if the Work Object creation is done only after setting the pxCreateDatetime value on pyWorkPage of the Work Object Class
