pxChangeStage stays at current assignment
Hi Team,
I have screen flow which has Cancel custom button on each assignment. On click of Cancel launching a modal and on model submit in an activity i am calling pxchangestage. But looks like the new assignment is creating but the flow is staying at the current assignment only(not moving to the new stage).
Detailed steps:
1. I have Cancel button in screen flow flow action.
2. On click of cancel launching modal .
3.On Modal submit calling pxChangeStage.
4.Issue is Flow is not moving to the new stage.Screen stays at the current assignment.

As an alternate of pxChangeStage, you can use a ticket to move to another stage.

Do not call pxChangeStage on Modal Submit, Instead update the flow add ChangeStage shape.
on click call localAction, perform Cancel functionality , after the Local Action Event , add FInishAssignment which will resume the flow.
Based on cancel reasons or any conditions route the case to respective shape if case routes to ChangeStage shape ,it jumps to the stage defines, select Checkbox(Close current assignments in current stage).
