Push Nodes Info On Startup agent is disabled

Push Nodes Info On Startup agent is disabled and radio button is disabled so can anyone please help me out how to restart the agent and why radio button is not displaying.

receiving PDC alerts due to agent disable status.

Hello,

What's your AES version?

Can you please check in DEV studio AES agent rule and AES agent schedule.

With version PegaAESRemote:07-10 as well as PEGA8 one, agent is InitializeHealthInfo

You could try deleting the agent schedule to make sure it's aligned with your current agent rule.

Would help also if you could provide the full log for the failures.

Last, is it something new while it was working, or was there any change and then it stopped working?
