pr_sys_appcache_xxx tables (dep, entry, shortcut)
Hi - what is process/agent is supposed to be managing these tables? We converted an application last year to 7.2.1 and these three tables hold entries in them since the day we converted. In 6.3 we noticed significant issues when these tables got large. Pega indicated that there was no deletions from these tables in 6.3 but in 7.x there would be. Is that not the case? Do they still need to be manually monitored and truncated periodically?

These are the cache related tables and we still have the dependency with these tables. In Pega 7 some of the rules caching mechanism has changed to use Vtable Cache but some of the rules like Stream rule still uses the App Cache entry.

Thanks. What I'm trying to understand, though, is that agent/process manages these tables so that they don't just continue to grow until there is a performance issue.
