prpcUtils.sh parameters

I am working to automate Admin tasks related promotions. I have read several documetns about HOWTO but any of them contains what are prpcUtils.sh parameters. I have anailzed the code on prpcUtils.xml and i see that you can pass the property file as a parameter, but I am not able to see how following a standard procedure.
Coudl someone provide me this info?

I saw this article but still i miss some parameter like, for example, how to pass prpcUtils.properties location as a parameter or how to use always same prtem folder so it is not regenerated each time...

As far as to specifying the prpcUtils.properties location, I do not believe you can pass that as a parameter to the script.
