PRPC Version 6.1 SP2 Platform: operating system and app server support

We are planning to create new environment with latest hardware for our existing applications. Our current environment has RHEL(Red Hat Enterprise Linux) Server 5.11 and Weblogic application server.

I would like to know whether PRPC version 6.1sp2 is supported by RHEL 7.2 OS version and JBoss 7.1 app server. I have gone through the platform suport guide( https://docs.pega.com/platform-support-guide-prpc-5x-and-6x)  but I could not find the exact information about the OS & appp server versions I mentioned above.

The answer is no. Your prpc version is too old, you should definitely consider upgrading to the latest Pega 7 (latest 7.2.1). Even that JBoss 7.1 is not supported: https://collaborate.pega.com/discussion/prpc-5x-6x-platform-support-guide-easy-find
