PRPC 6.3 - SmartDispute_All Application for 16.1 Compliance on SD 6.3 - Data Table (Country List) OOTB?

Could some one please let me know the OOTB  Data Tables for Smart Dispute issuer framework?

We have a Data table named CountryList is it OOTB ?

Hi,

I checked my SmartDispute 6.3 (with Compliant) database. I did not see CountryList table. 

So, it may not be OOTB.
