Proper ordering of courses

Hi,

I'm CSA certified and planning for CSSA. This is System Architect part. Now I want to explore various things in PEGA like Marketing, Decisioning and Customer Service. Now my question is, is there any proper ordering for these courses to be taken? Or I can pick up any course and start doing? Please mention any specific order which if I follow would be easier for my understanding.

Hi,

There is no such orde which you would need to follow. 

Each is independent of the other and can be done individually. Decisioning and marketing are slightly inter related so you can study marketing first and then decisioning. 

Customer service is a totally different area from these and can be pursued irrespective of when you take marketting and decisioning.
