In prod there is a service that is running but now for 2-3 instances its not returning the response but afterwards its working fine, how can you debug?

1) Please enable service invocation history for your service rule, it will help you to know the incoming request, response and elapsed time etc. Which can help you in getting the issue.
2) Please enable the logger class related to service rest rule to get deeper log message related to service interaction. But after finding the root cause, please turn off the logger class

@Gunasekaran Baskaran I did reply with the second answer that you have stated but to this i was cross questioned like its an existing api that was already working fine no need to do remote trace or logging so i could not answer much.I just stated that it might be refresh strategy of data page that api might be referring to.
