Hi All,

 While implementing case exercise given for security system. I am unable to do or I do not know pega have provision to do.

We have One Parent Case P1 and Child Case C1. The P1 will be created User Group1. C1 automatically created once P1 created. P1 should not edit and perform by only User Group1. C1 should be only edit and perform by User Group2.

Let say P1 Work Class : ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Parent  and C1 Work Class is ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Child.

We created AG ABC:Group1 and ABC:Group2 likewise Access Role ABC:Group1 and ABC:Group2

ABC:Group1 and ABC:Group2 are clone from PegaRules:User4.

ABC:Group1(Access Rule Form)

 ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Parent  (Read:5 Write:5 Delete:0 Execute Report:5 Read Rule:5 Execute Activiyty:5)    Privilege Perform:5

 ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Child (Read:5 Write:5 Delete:0 Execute Report:5 Read Rule:5 Execute Activiyty:5)    Privilege Perform:0

ABC:Group2(Access Rule Form)

 ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Parent  (Read:5 Write:5 Delete:0 Execute Report:5 Read Rule:5 Execute Activiyty:5)    Privilege Perform:0

 ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Child (Read:5 Write:5 Delete:0 Execute Report:5 Read Rule:5 Execute Activiyty:5)    Privilege Perform:5

The Above configuration working fine but the << Edit>> button in Review harness of both Parent and Child case is not following security system. I tried with WorkUpdate/ActionSave/Update Pega OOTB Privilege with access role of both classes accordingly but no effect.

If I set Write=0 for   ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Child in ABC:Group1 access role. I am not able initiate Child Case .

If I set Write=0 for   ABC-FW-ABCFW-Work-Parent in ABC:Group2 access role. I am not able Open Child Case Since it may need to lock parent case while opening child case.

Kindly advice me how to achieve this.
