print work item question/issue

Hi,

I am using pega 7.2. When trying to print a work item, it tries to print the history of the the item ....as explained in this bug report

the problem is, the solution says to "In this case, Print was replaced with a harness onclick event and included the activity PrintWork with the same parameter as was given in PRPC 6. This resolved the issue.".

BUT does not say what the parameters were given as in PRPC 6. I never used PRPC 6, but have this problem, and need to know how to fix.
