The pr_index_operators table has the list of access groups that an operator is configured with. I have observed a peculiar issue where even after deleting any one of the access groups from the profile the pr_index_operators table still shows the deleted accessgroup for the operator.

Is this a potential pega issue or is there anything wrong in my understanding?

Can anyone help me with this issue?
