How to create index table from which I want to fetch the records & display it in report.

If you have a class structure , something like : Sae-Sample-Work-UI
If you try to expose the property prop2, the declarative class, for that will automatically gets created, which can be checked from the property optimization wizard :

If you check the table mapped to that index class, that got created: you can see it as :
This is the ideal approach for creating the index class .

please refer the article for your query. The only problem with this is that, when you deploy these rules to the higher environment, the tables do not get migrated along with your deployment package. You will still need to create the table in the higher environment manually.
Alternatively, you can also use the existing Index table definition and create your own (with the help of DBA), and you will be able to migrate that to the higher environment.
