Principal Propagation between systems

Hi,
We have a problem statement where we need to send the details (userID) of the logged user to the back end system. We have a HTTP connector, which connects to an endpoint of an external system. But this is not send the current logged in user's ID.
Are there any OOTB ways / mechanisms to achieve principal propagation in Pega ? If so how to achieve the same ?

Hi,

Can you try sending the user id as pxRequestor.pyUserIdentifier to external system? You can assign this value to any property and send as request.
