@SreenivasSritharan  When you create an Data type from app studio and add propertes, pega automatically adds the pyGuID as an primary key, that can be viewed in dev studio.

Instead, try creating data type, properties from dev studio and later, when you want to add records from Dev studio, pega gives us an opportunity to select primary key.

So, better try creating Data type from Dev Studio
