I want to preview the email content which is added as attachment to the case in Pega Constellation. For attachments like image, it can be previewed but for email attachment, it needs to be downloaded first and then click on downloaded attachment to preview. Is there any way/option the pega had provided OOTB feature/ widgets/options to preview email content directly when clicked on email attachment. ?. I am using Pega Infinity 24.2.2 V, application built on Constellation.
