Prevent Localization on a specific rule
Is it possible to prevent localization on a specific rule?
For example we have a dropdown list which should display the values "Low", "Medium", "High".
But they are transalated to Dutch ("Laag", "Middel", "Hoog").
I checked the checkbox Cannot be localized in UI controls on the advanced tab of the rule but that didn't resolve the problem.

What is the source of your drop down ? Is it sourced via field value ?
Also if you specifically want few of your field values not to show localized text then a possible way out will be to not provide localized text for them in the field value .

Or, you can introduce new values for the drop-down (foo1, foo2, and foo3), and add fieldvalues that map foo1 to "low", foo2 to "medium", and foo3 to "high". This way the Dutch field values will not be used at all.
