predictive diagnostics cloud does not show anything on changes summary page

Hi,

 

We are using PDC. We have AESRemote ruleset 07-31-04 for PEGA 7.3.1 systems.

Still nothing is showing up in PDC on the change summary page.

Anybody an idea why this is not happening?

Do I need to activate a special agent schedule?

Hi,

It seems change summary feature only work in Pega 8.

We also have version 7 and version 8 platform, change summary only shows up in Pega 8
