Poor perfomance of robots

Hi,

We have got some robots working on production environment and from time to time we have noticed that the performance of that robots is so slow that become inoperative. The problem is not related to the development but a software that could seem to block the execution.

What is the most known pieces of software that can impact in robot performance? An the solution? I know that the question is too wide. To focus on something I could say that those machines have got installed McAfee.
