To my knowledge there isn't an 'easy' way to recreate the clipboard state. However, there might be an 'easier' way: Wat you can do is record of a case type unittest. This unittest also creates data transforms for each stage during the execution of the case under test. You can reuse these to minimize work for your initial setup. In addition, try to reuse as many of the developed data transforms and data pages to alter data to prepare it for your use. This might save you time and trouble redesigning your test data transforms in the future.
