Pega's Native Support for PGP Encryption / Decryption

Hi,

I would like like to confirm if Pega has native support for PGP Encryption / Decryption in the Pega 8.X version.  We are on Pega 8.6.X, but we would like to know if such support has become available in 8.7 and beyond.

 

Based on a couple of posts that we have seen:

It appears to me that native PGP Support is not available.  Java implementation appears to be required.   Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
