PegaRULES Password
We forgot the pegaRules password and now we cannot unlock it and create new cases am still in beginner level and i need your advice to solve this issue
my currnet version is Pega 7.3.1

Hi Mustafa,
It seems that you are trying to create classes in OOTB PegaRules application. We cannot do that. You need to create a new application and use that application to create new cases.
May be, you should go through the CSA course for better understanding.

Hi Mustafa,
By pegaRules if you mean an operator then you can login with admin operator and updated the required operator password.
If you mean DB source then you can get in touch with your DBA to change the password for you.

and after searching on this error some articles says that you have to make sure that pegaRules is not locked.

Hi,
Have you created your application on top of the PegaRule, I hope you are trying to creating rules in PegaRULES application.
Please switch the application as below and try to create the rules, as PegaRULES application doesn't have unlocked ruleset's due to this you are facing this issue.

@mustafa, it would be better to know the process you had followed to create the new case and what is the operator you had used for the login? If it is [email protected] then you need to create the new application with this login so that 4 new operators will be created for that application, so that you can use those operators for accessing that application. Kindly share some screenshots of your home screen after login or operator details or application details.
