@HITESHT51Could you elaborate a bit more and describe the actions you are taking and what you see? Like if you get any errors. With such a problem statement it's hard to help you anyhow.

The process to download software changed over the past couple of weeks and now you can go to My Pega to download software. The Digital Delivery page will redirect you as well. 

If you get an Not Authorized error, likely you have an invalid Primary account email in your full profile on my.pega.com which is not correctly affiliated to the registered company name.

Please contact [email protected].  Someone from the Accounts Support Team will reach out to you directly to address your specific access issue.
