Pega Robotics - How to Key in Shift + Function key together on Text adaptor Green screen
We have a requirement to Key in Shift + F7 after entering required Data in Green screen to navigate to next screen.
Tried multiple options getting Exception - KeyStrokes is rejected because the field is protected or Invalid data or Keyboard mnemonics were sent
Tried to enter - @@S@@F7 and @S@F7 using Send Key ( String ) method but didn't work.
Is there any specific method or format needs to used for this scenario.

I believe Shift + F7 would be; +{F7}
You are probably trying to send them all as one string and it isn't liking that. Try setting the text first and then sending Shift + F7.

@sasnt Thanks for your response.
Tried with +{F7} earlier. If we use Send Key method on editable field - it is overriding the text.
Actual flow is - Bot enters the value in the editable field and have to Key in Enter twice and then Use Shift + F7 to move to next screen.
So using send Key method on some read only field - then getting above exception.

I was incorrect. There's actually a SendKeyToHost method on the adapter (not the screen or field/region). Use that to send Shift and F7.

Pulled in SendKeyToHost Method and passing Shift+F7. But the event is not triggering in Green screen. ( Change in the screen). If we key in manually the event is triggering.
Added messageDialog for test after Shift+F7 and seeing Message box.
Could you please suggest If we are missing anything here.

Found in Session Preferences that Shift + F7 is mapped to key PF19. So when used PF19 method - it worked.
