Pega Robotics connectivity to peripherals

Hi Team,

Just would to know If, Pega robotics have any capabilities to integrate with the IVR.

Absolutely and there are many options to do this.

Through the UI in real time at the desktop through Pega Robotics - RPA attended (RDA)

Through Pega Call (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/does-pega-call-cg-every-10-min) which uses the the API layer (server side)

Direct to the API of the IVR/CTI via both RPA attended (RDA) or RPA unattended (server side).

Or any combination of the above..
