Pega Robotics 19.1.25 compatibility with oracle 19c
Hi Team - Please confirm Pega Robotics studio and runtime compatibility with oracle 19c version. We have already verified the compatibility matrix from the link https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-rpa/pega-robotic-automation-application-support-matrix and couldn't find any explicit oracle versions mentioned in it. Can you please confirm?

@NagaB333 Are you asking about Robot Manager? Runtime and Studio don't require a database by themselves. I assume you mean installing Pega Platform and Robot Manager though. Is that what you are asking about?

@ThomasSasnett If you are talking about Robot Manager, then here is the platform support guide. It looks like the platform supports Oracle 19c as its database in 8 and above.

@ThomasSasnett - No, I am referring to our automations connecting to Oracle DB for performing transactions as part of the process flow. We are using oraclequery component from studio to connect to oracle DB. I am checking the compatibility of this component to connect to oracle 19c DB. As of now, we are connecting to oracle 12c.

@NagaB333 The Oracle Query component doesn't really have any versions mentioned within its documentation other than you must have the Oracle Client 8.1.7 or greater installed. I assume this is what actually connects to the database not the component. Given that this component hasn't been updated in years, I would assume that this is the case. If that is true, then the onus on connectivity would lie in your Oracle Client.
