Pega Robotic Automation: Build Authority Certificate Expires Soon
I just received an email titled "Pega Robotic Automation: Build Authority Certificate Expires Soon", but it seems a little suspicous, not sure if it is a Phishing attempt. The Form Address looks a little odd - "Larry Braswell, Pegasystems"...is this legit ?

I do have a follow-up question to this issue and that is - What happens if the Certificate goes into an expired status? We are experiencing a weird scenario to where all the files within the "C:\Program Files\OpenSpan\OpenSpan Runtime Enterprise\" Directory are being deleted as they are missing! The only thing we can think of is that for some of these machines they have not been accessed or logged into for some time, so it is possible that the Certificate was never updated, so wondering if Updater would then be deleting the Runtime Files in this expired certificate scenario...?

Scott,
This is in fact a security measure in Updater. Repeated failed attempts in updater (possibly due to expired cert) will result in deleted files as you have mentioned.
