Pega React Starter Kit Uncaught Type Errors
Hello,
I'm doing some testing with the Pega React Starter Kit on the Marketplace.
I pointed the React application to my 8.3 Pega instance, after importing the Cable Connect application, per the instructions in the Read Me.
When I try to log in to the React application via one of the users, I'm seeing a few uncaught and unhandled errors. I'm attaching some screenshots as reference.
I saw some instructions about handling CORS errors, but I'm not seeing that specific error in the Console, so I don't believe that is an issue.
Can you provide any guidance on how to resolve?

Great ! Thanks for the update morak. May be 8.3 does not support with current version of Starter Pack.

You are using PEGA 8.3, But the "React Starter Pack" seems not compatible with PEGA 8.3, See Below,

5. Make sure that your application server supports CORS.
Did you make sure that your application server supports CORS.
Can you give a try by connecting to PEGA 8.1.3

Hi.
While answering a different question about the React Starter Kit that mentioned similar problems, I found this question and want to provide an update.
I have found that the Uncaught Type Errors as reported are usually seen when the "api" Service Package has been set to not require Authentication. The "api" Service Package needs to have "Requires authentication" checked and, for typical use with the Starter Pack, the Authentication type should be "Basic" and you can leave "Require TLS/SSL for REST services" in package unchecked.
With these settings, I have been able to use the latest version of the React Starter Pack (version 2 labeled for 8.1.3) with Pega Infinity running 8.3.2
