Where I can get the list of Out of Box agents available in Pega PRPC 7.x and the description of what those agents nature of work in System.

Hi Abinav,

You can see that in record explorer from designer studio under sysadmin---> Agents.

Filter those with PegaOOTB ruleset.

To know what they do, check for the activity they trigger.
