Pega Personal Edition 7.3.1. What is user login for downloading Log Files.

Hi,

I have installed Personal Edition 7.3.1. I need to download the log file in Pega Log Utilities. But for downloading the log we need to Login. What is user login to download/access the log file ? Thanks
