Pega Mashup error "redirected you too many times"

I frequently get an error "<hostname> redirected you too many times." in pega mashup irrespective of whether its for a chatbot/case/harness

I even white-listed the address from where mashup will be invoked. But still no luck.

It works fine with Internet Explorer.. the issue occurs with chrome only
