Are there any restrictions with the title or content? Example, character limits, etc in regards to creating knowledge articles in Pega Knowledge.

So from reading these two links it seems that the character limit for the title is 64 characters, while there is no character limit for content however if we would to import articles, the character limit is 32767 until it will be added to linktoprevious. Is this true?
