We have a customer requirement that for each of the Insights views which are chart based with Multi Dimensional and ultimately provides a drill down view that the following happens

1 The Insight drill down view is not automatically closed on click of the case id link. at present this closes once the link is clicked and thus the customer needs to go back to the dashboard landing page and navigate all the way back to the filtered view they had last time. the popup drilldown window should remain open and not closed.

2 At present the Case link open the case in the main pega portal window in the case view area however the client needs the case view to open in a floating window and not in the main session window.

I would like understand if the above is possible using OOB and how or if not is there a future enhancement planned to provide this capability.
