Pega-Fundamentals Log in URL Page Not Found

When I tried to log in to Pega Fundamentals in Virtual Box, I was asked to open an URL to access the userid and password, here is how it looks like

And after trying to access the URL above, all I can see is this page:

I don't know how to solve this issue. Thanks!
