PEGA Extract - Excrypt/Decrypt WO data

Hi Everyone,

I have two separate requirements

- Few fields to be encrypted in the blob as it contains some sensitive data but while on PEGA BIX extract, these fields data to be decrypted and sent for reporting. From extract rule, it doesn't decrypt function. any way to achieve this one?

- Suppose if the whole blob is encrypted. Does PEGA BIX Extract pull the data and decrypt on its own?

Hi SaiKumar,

PEGA BIX Extract rule will not decrypt the data. Data which is encrypted will be in encrypted format when you extract using BIX.
Even if you try optimizing the field, the data will be in encrypted format.
