Pega Data Science
Pega launched Data Science Course this year. That's actually a great step for pega as a emerging company and i always appreciate Pega products . I'm bit confused and I have three questions :
1. Is Pega Data Science course similar to data science which we use using R and Python ?
2. Is it worth writing certification ?
3. Will Pega overcome R and Python in data science (in future) ?

Hello Sai Suraj,
Don't confuse Pega with a data science toolkit like R or Python. Doing data science with Pega includes all the usual aspects like data prep, model building, analysis and monitoring. The course highlights how to do all of that with Pega and certainly worth taking. It is not a 101 on data science, but is very useful to Pega architects needing to know the data science aspects or data scientists that need to work with Pega.
