in the pega customer service advanced course; on the show me how to configure chat queues, the course step needs to be updated, the lesson currently instructions the student to go to app studio/tools to add a skill to a chat queue, but in 8.3 one needs to navigate to app studio / setting/ click on the queues tab

also, in the courses drop down for this feedback, the customer service advanced course was not available
