PEGA CS 8.6.2 Compatible with PEGA 8.6

Hi CS Expert,

I have a question - Is Pega Customer Service (CS) Framework 8.6.2 compatible with PEGA 8.6 version ?

Hey Rajesh - as documented on https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-infinity-patch-calendar, the recommended minimum platform patch release version for CS 8.6.2 is Pega platform 8.6.2. That generally means that for some of the fixes in CS 8.6.2, they have a dependency on the platform patch release.
