Pega Appserver - Can predict its downtime automatically?

Is it possible to predict Pega Development Server downtime automatically(via Activity) in DEV Environment itself?

Considering the following things in mind...

Thread Dump - Memory Utilization - Cache - Disk Space & etc.

Hello

You should use PDC and enable alert mechanism so that you get notified when the critical parameters are indicating a possible server down situation.,
