Pega application with Web Mashup Issues when accessed via Windows Server 2012 R2 IE browser
Hi,
We have a Pega v6.2 sp2 application that can be accessed through another site via Web Mashup. However, the user is getting an issue when trying to go through the request form we have. Screen refreshes are not working properly. Are there any ActiveX or other configuration settings that I should be looking for?
The user is using IE11 in Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit. Would this be an issue?

As discussed with Rachel, for the rendering issue reported using IE11 on Windows Server 2012 without web mashup, this was resolved by adding the application hostname under the compatibility view setting. It was observed(over a screenshare for SR-B44019) that the document mode when the application is accessed in IE11 is 5.

Can you confirm the other site is not a Pega application?
However I doubt this will 6.2 sp 2 app will be rendered on IE 11.
IE 11 is officially supported only from PRPC 7.1.5

Yes, the other site is not a Pega application.
We have no problems with users using IE11 in Windows 7 OS. It is only when we try to open it in Windows Server that we get issues.

Hi Rachel,
Do you mean to say that it works on IE 10 and below browsers?
Any error screen shot or just the application does not render there?

Hi Shanthini,
Our users are using IE11 when accessing our application. They usually have Windows 7 OS. However, for this specific scenario, the user is using a Windows Server 2012. The screen renders but doesn't work properly. No error message is seen on screen and no errors are found in the logs.
I was wondering if this is due to some missing activex or other configurations.

Yes could be because of missing activex however it would prompt to install. Do you get any screen as such?
