Winodws 2012 server R2 Pega issue

I have installed visual studio 2015 (Update 3) on windows server 2012 R2 then after I have installed the Pega Robotics studio plugin. Windows automation is working fine, but web automation is not working in ie and chrome, while using ie at the time of interrogating ie become crashed, from event viewer identified that ie is freezing and getting ntdll.dll crash information. When I am using chrome not able to get the interrogation window.

This sounds like an issue in the Pega Robotics product. Please create a SR so one our Support Engineer can review the issue. Once the SR is created, update the post with the SR#.
