PEGA API (Need Documentation)
I'm trying to scope an integration for a client. Where can I see documentation for the Pega API or the Pubic API? I need an API and it's documentation that can interact with either Pega Support or Pega Chat.

Is there an API that documents the PAGA Chat users experience rather than the client/leads experience? This API seems to solely be based around interactions a visitor to a site might have. We are looking to integrate the experience of the service rep responding to the Chat.
