Pega API for changestage when Case ID is provided in request JSON

Hi All , 

 

I am looking for a valid json and a API in pega 8.3 or any 8 version , where in request they can send a case ID and API does a changestage to a specified stage . 

 

I did check updatecase API but I am nit getting a valid JSON for the request parameters , Can someone please help me with this with valid parameters for update case or if there are any other API that I can directly use
