Pega API 401

Hi everyone,

I'm getting a 401 when I try to use the Pega API. I have a similar problem than in this thread : https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-support/question/pega-api-rest-services-returning-401-unauthorized-response-code

Access Group in the service package points to PPRC:Administrators. Member of this group is "[email protected]", with password "install" (at least I think so). I also added my user to this group, no luck either. My user has also the role PegaAPI, which has all the privileges needed (pxCreateCase(5), etc.)

Whether I use the internal Swagger, or postman, I get a 401 whenever I try any option.

Hi,

I recently switched platform from community edition to a true platform. Here I had no trouble using the API, "OoTB".

I apologize that I don't have time to help others with the same problem by continuing this support process and finding the cause of my 401.
