I just started using Pega App Studio and when doing a few modules Challenges in Pega Academy, I realized with another co-worker that there is a glitch/issue with Pega App Studio. When I navigate through Case types > Service Request > click on any field in the first or second stage > Configure view, I come across a blank page when I click on configure view.
I don't know why this happens and I don't know if this is an issue you are currently trying to resolve but I thought I should let you know.

If you are still having trouble completing the challenge or mission exercise, we recommend resetting the Pega instance and working through the challenge or mission exercise again. If you are having technical issues with a Pega instance, please contact the Pega Academy support team.
